Delete Account
Permanently remove your account and data
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account through this page is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be completely removed from our servers. This cannot be undone.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account from this page, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, phone number, email, avatar)
- Organizations you own, including all data within them:
- Products and categories
- Inventory lots and stock data
- Sales orders and order items
- Returns and damage records
- Analytics history
- All organization members will lose access
- Your memberships in other organizations (you will be removed as a member)
- All notification history and device registrations
💡 Note: If you simply want to deactivate your account (with the option to recover it later), you can do so from the LotDesk mobile app under Settings → Delete Account.
